We love our parents and do the very best to care for them. Most residential homes are not equipped to handle the emotional and physical requirements of seniors. WOW Properties designs and develops residential assisted living homes that exceeds the physical, mental, and social requirements to care for seniors. We make these homes available to assisted living care providers to take care of our seniors in our community.
Town Homes
Vancouver is the best place to live. With many people moving to Vancouver, this has made housing unaffordable. WOW Properties recognize this and took the initiative to develop sustainable affordable housing for communities we invest in. Our design model is to improve the neighbourhood by increasing density and green space at the same time. We make the neighbourhood a better place to live with our new project.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS THINK
We built our first house back in 2012. It was our first time. We heard a lot of horrible stories of hiring a lousy builder. So we were very careful In the selection of a builder and met up a handful of candidates. We were not quite satisfied until we met Tim. His honest and faithful attitude impressed us. After much discussion in our family, we decided to give Tim a try and we never regret it. We communicate and work very well with Tim and his team along the way. Our first house was built within 15 months and within budget. The house turned out very nice and stylish. Thanks a lot for Tim’s input. Because of the great experience, we built a second house in 2017 with Tim again. And it is wonderful again.
